All submitted information is encrypted and stored securely. Access is limited to authorized evaluation team members only. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your confidential business information.
We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties. Information is used exclusively for RFP evaluation by the Tarkenton and pipIQ teams. Selected partners' information may be used for partnership onboarding and collaboration.
Submitted proposals and related materials are retained for the duration of the selection process and 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Non-selected participants may request data deletion after the selection process concludes.
We may contact you regarding your submission status, additional information requests, or partnership opportunities. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
